To provide automated testing, accessibility auditing, and visual bug reporting, we collect specific data on an on-demand basis when triggered by the user:

• Personally Identifiable Information: Your registration name and email address are used to identify your tester profile and sync bug reports to your projects.
• Authentication Information: Passwords, session tokens, and local API keys are processed securely to log you in and authenticate requests with your server dashboard.
• Web Page Data: When you run a QA scan or crawl, we temporarily read the active tab URL, page title, and DOM structure to identify accessibility violations, slow performance, and structural errors.
• Visual Screenshots & Recordings: When you manually file a bug report or capture steps, visual screenshot canvas data and WebM video recordings (optionally containing voice commentary or tab audio) are processed to create reproducible bug reports.

2. Data Security & Storage

Your security is our absolute priority:

• Local-First Control: API keys, secure tokens, and temporary checklists are stored strictly within your browser's local encrypted storage (`chrome.storage.local`).
• Secure Transport: All data, visual assets, and videos transmitted to your authenticated QA.AI Dashboard are encrypted in-transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS).

3. Data Sharing & Developer Disclosures

We operate under a strict no-sale data policy in full compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Policies:

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer user data to third parties.
• We only utilize collected data strictly to execute the core bug capture and quality auditing features requested by the user.
• We never use data for credit-worthiness, advertising profiling, or any unrelated lending purposes.

4. User Control & Data Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data. You can clear your session or local storage at any time by logging out of the QA.AI Chrome Extension, or request permanent deletion of your account and project data directly from your QA.AI Dashboard.
